Free WiFi worked well, which is a must when you're trying to stay connected on the fly. The bathroom was nice enough, but there's definitely room for improvement in the guest experience.
The breakfast situation was a letdown. choices were barebones and not replenished on time, leaving you high and dry. The small elevator is a hassle. if you're traveling with luggage, you might find yourself stuck waiting a while. Some rooms are showing their age—one had a broken fridge, and another had a coat hanger half hanging off the wall. The parking fees were on the pricey side, especially when there are free options nearby that would suit bikes just as well. Cleanliness was a concern too. one guest even found a towel with a hole in it, which is a huge red flag for housekeeping.

Had a fun group trip with friends! Great location close to restaurants and the Grote Markt. The bed was comfy, and breakfast options were ample. Make sure to reserve parking in advance. it's really handy to have on-site!
The air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly, making it a bit warm at night, especially with street noise when the windows were open.

The reception staff were outstanding and so helpful throughout our stay. The secure parking right under the hotel was a great advantage for our motorcycle. we had a lovely experience.
The only downside was that the breakfast options could be a bit more varied.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, the young lady at the reception was particularly friendly and accommodating, and the free WiFi worked excellently, making it easy to stay connected while being conveniently located near the E19 highway for exploring nearby attractions.
